How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Stillmend → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. If you need help, email us at hello@stillmend.com.
I was charged but can't access my subscription features.
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in. Still having trouble? Email hello@stillmend.com with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out right away.
What's the difference between Essential and Full Access?
Essential gives you the full tools library, unlimited journal entries, and up to 10 Mira messages per day. Full Access adds Mira's voice feature, advanced insights, and live support sessions. Both plans are available monthly or yearly.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Stillmend is free to download and includes 3 grounding tools, 5 journal entries, 1 assessment, and 10 daily Mira messages at no cost. No credit card required.
How does Mira work? Is it a real person?
Mira is an AI companion powered by Claude (Anthropic). She's not a real person or a licensed therapist — she's a supportive presence designed to help you feel less alone and work through difficult moments using evidence-based tools. She is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal entries are stored securely in your personal account and are never shared or used to train AI models. Only you can access your entries.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're having trouble or feel our app didn't serve you, email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
I can't afford a subscription. Is there any help?
Yes — this isn't a policy, it's a promise. Email hello@stillmend.com and we'll figure something out. No one gets turned away because of money.
