Stillmend products and services are designed for adults aged 18 and over who are looking for educational tools to support their personal wellness journey. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use our services.

Mira is an AI companion powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Conversations with Mira are for emotional support and wellness guidance only. Mira is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Mira's responses do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using Mira, you acknowledge that your messages are processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy. Your conversation history is saved securely on Stillmend's servers so Mira can remember you across sessions. You can delete your conversation history or your entire account at any time from the Profile screen. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use our content for your own personal wellness purposes only.
Products and services purchased from Stillmend are for your personal use only. You may not share login credentials, resell access, or distribute our content to others. Each subscription or purchase is for one individual user.

Stillmend is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of our educational content, app features, or AI companion. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from using our products or completing our programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillmend's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Stillmend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Users may not submit, reproduce, or request reproduction of copyrighted material — including song lyrics, book passages, or poetry — through the Stillmend app or website. Mira is designed to decline requests to reproduce copyrighted content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
